PE (polyethylene) is a kind of thermoplastic resin. It has good low-temperature resistance and chemical stability, it’s water-absorbing quality is low. So it is easy to be processed, and the electrical insulation property of PE products is very high.
TPE is a kind of thermoplastic elastic material, it has high strength and rebound resilience. It’s processing property and dyeing property are excellent. It is non-toxic and can be recycled, and can be directly extruded without vulcanization, which make it very environmental friendly and low-cost.
TPE materials have wide application in automobile parts and commercial unit accessories production.
TPU is a kind of thermoplastic elastic rubber, except the good elasticity, it has high transparency, wear resistance property, cold endurance and waterproofness. TPU has very high mechanical strength, so the TPU products have good carrying capacity, impact resistance, and cushioning ability. Usually, TPU materials are made into shells and dust cover of various electronics, such as phones and MP4, besides, TPU materials have also wide application on auto spare parts (footboard brake) or industrial engineering accessories(various gears, sealing elements and so on).
TPV is a kind of thermoplastic vulcanized rubber, it has very good elasticity, weather resistance and aging resistance. It is very environmental friendly because it can be recycled. Its specific gravity is light, and it has good electrical insulating property, so it is usually used as sealing strips, headset wire connection or other electronic products.
SPC, commonly stands for Stone Polymer Composite or Stone Plastic Composite, which texture has higher density, strong anti-impact performance because of the combination between calcium carbonate and PVC resins. It has good heat resistance, even exposure under sunshine it still keeps stable performance.
Water- proof, flame-proof, hard-wearing, those traits of SPC make itself suitable for floors fabrication. Even though laid on non-flat subfloors it also could keep its shape.
