About Us

Found in 2000, SHINYU is a plastic extrusion manufacturer integrating mold research and plastic material formulation research & development with plastic extrusion products production. We have enough capability to produce semi-finished plastic products, such as extruded profiles and strips, cooperating with the manufacturing factories, or produce normal finished products cooperating with brand owners and distributors. Besides, SHINYU specializes in customizing PVC, ABS, PP, TPE, TPR and other plastic products that are widely applied for furniture industry, electrical appliances industry, exhibition equipment industry, architectural material industry, communications industry and so on.

In 2008, SHINYU passed the ISO9001 certificate of Quality Management Systems (QMS), at the same, our plastic profiles obtained more and more recognition and praise from customers at home and abroad. Now, our engineering extrude plastic profiles have been widely applied for hundreds of well-known enterprises in America, Japan, Dubai, Russia, Singapore, Germany and other countries and areas, for example, BYD, GE, Sony and Foxconn are all our long-term customers.

Capabilities

Built in 2000, SHINYU owns several independent workshops respectively for mold production, PVC materials production, extrusion molding and post-processing, the total area is about 8000 square meters. Besides, we have mold research and development team with rich technology experience which are capable to make mold with different speciation or shapes. Up to now, SHINYU has more than 1000 kinds of mold for customers to choose.

SHINYU choose only plastic materials from formal corporations which own certificates of SGS report, and we set strict incoming inspection to give security to customers and their products.
We can produce various plastic profiles with different colors and hardness with high-speed blender mixer, granulating machine and other devices according to customer requirements, up to now, our monthly output of plastic profiles materials has reached to 500tons.
There are more than 20 extrusion lines of plastic profiles products in extrusion workshops, our maximum monthly output can be 800tons.
Besides, we have another 4 twin-screw extrusion lines which can produce 7tons plastic profiles daily at most. So SHINYU has capability to satisfy the customer requirements on product diversity and quantity.
After production process, we can also provide post processing service for customers, such as punching, mitre cutting and so on, the cutting precision can up to positive or negative 0.2MM.

Quality control

SHINYU took the lead in obtaining ISO9001 certificates and building perfect quality management system in plastic manufacturing industry. And we set specialized lab to strictly inspect the incoming materials and finished products, all of these ensure our product quality.

All of our products are absolutely in conformity with EU ROHS directive, REACH and other laws requirements.

Main testing equipment

Ageing oven: test product ageing status in different environment by environment simulation.
Impact tester: test product impact resistance, tenacity and other related physical properties.
Lamp house: test the product color in different light environment.
Precise colorimeter: test the color error between product and standard sample to avoid all color deflection caused by human or environment.
